xbijee Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms apply to all users of the xbijee platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses, browses, or otherwise interacts with any part of the xbijee website or its services. xbijee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via a notice on the website. Your continued use of xbijee following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

xbijee provides online sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and related entertainment services to eligible players. All services are provided subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional product-specific rules that may apply.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the xbijee platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xbijee maintains a strict 21+ policy and does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or participate in any real-money activity on the platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a sports trader, agent, or syndicate member exploiting xbijee's odds.
• You do not hold a current self-exclusion agreement with xbijee or any affiliated platform.

xbijee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending investigation and any winnings derived from unverified accounts may be withheld until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

To participate in real-money betting or casino games on xbijee, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. xbijee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify xbijee support immediately at [email protected].

4. One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on xbijee. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xbijee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and confiscate any balances held across those accounts. If you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact xbijee support immediately to resolve the duplication.

5. Account Suspension and Closure

xbijee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against xbijee without valid cause.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion with other players or exploitation of software errors and pricing mistakes.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting xbijee customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Deposits

xbijee accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by xbijee, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. All deposits are credited to your xbijee account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

xbijee does not charge any processing fee on deposits made through supported payment methods. Any fees levied by your mobile financial services provider are the sole responsibility of the player. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

7. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on xbijee is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and must be directed to an account registered in the same name as the xbijee account. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 30 minutes for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger amounts or accounts undergoing enhanced verification may take up to 24 hours.

xbijee reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. Players must have completed the standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is released. Withdrawal requests submitted on accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements will be held until the wagering condition has been satisfied, unless the player explicitly requests bonus removal.

8. Currency

All transactions on xbijee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Account balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are all displayed and processed in BDT. xbijee does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

9. General Bonus Terms

xbijee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on xbijee, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms. Key general principles that apply to all xbijee bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Household: Each household, IP address, device, and payment method is entitled to claim a welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion only once.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for different game categories are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: xbijee reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotions is identified.

10. Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit on xbijee are eligible to receive the welcome bonus, subject to meeting the minimum deposit threshold and opting in at the time of deposit. The welcome bonus is a 100% match up to ৳25,000 on the first deposit. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. 11. Placing Bets

All bets placed on xbijee are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to review the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. xbijee will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the relevant sporting event is subsequently voided in accordance with standard industry rules.

xbijee reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market or event at its discretion. Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event; these limits are displayed within the relevant market. xbijee may also void or restrict bets placed using suspected automated or coordinated betting activity.

12. Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be declared void by xbijee in circumstances including but not limited to: cancellation or abandonment of the relevant sporting event; the event not completing within the timeframe specified by xbijee's rules; pricing errors resulting from a technical fault; or where the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. Any winnings associated with a voided bet are not paid.

13. In-Play Betting

xbijee offers live in-play betting on selected sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended without notice during key moments of an event (such as a wicket, goal, or injury). xbijee is not liable for any delay between a live event occurrence and the suspension of in-play markets. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension are settled based on the confirmed outcome at the time the bet was accepted.

14. Responsible Gaming Commitment

xbijee is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. The platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools including voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbijee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failures; interruption of service; or reliance on any information published on the xbijee website. xbijee's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbijee makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or its content. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the xbijee platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and layout, is the intellectual property of xbijee or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any xbijee content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of xbijee's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and xbijee, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through xbijee's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected]. xbijee will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

xbijee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the xbijee platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. xbijee uses industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect player data and will never sell your personal information to third parties.

19. Amendments to These Terms

xbijee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xbijee will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the website or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
